What we do...
We bake a daily changing range of goods fresh every day. Served up with Unorthodox Roasters Tokyo Espresso coffee or your choice of Pekoe Loose Leaf Teas. If you fancy something cold to drink with your pastry we also have our range of drinks, iced, and a soft drink selection.
Day to day, we don't take bookings.
We are a takeaway business with a few seats inside to shelter from the weather.
ABOUT US
Established in 2025, Emily took over what was the Spence Art Gallery in Crieff, after leaving local 5 star hotel, Cromlix as the Head Pastry Chef. With 15 years experience in the hospitality industry Emily started Ems & Co. to present delicious and simple food, with an emphasis on the bountiful Scottish produce available on our doorstep. Emily previously ran a cafe under the same name in Dingwall, but moved to Perthshire to live with her partner and two step-children. After opening the shop and quickly finding it much busier than expected, her partner Andrew came on board, the ex-Head Chef of Cromlix, bringing with him 20 years experience as a fine dining chef. Now Emily and Andrew creatively lead the shop with the invaluable aid of Wendy, the front of house superstar.
